Refund & Cancellation Policy

Venith Emmerce LLC ("Company," "we," or "us") is committed to providing high-quality AI voice agent services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of subscriptions and the issuance of refunds. By purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription and Retainer Services

Our services are billed on a recurring monthly retainer basis. By providing your payment information, you authorize Venith Emmerce LLC to charge your designated payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle for the fees associated with your subscription plan.

3. Cancellation Policy

You, the Customer, maintain the right to cancel your subscription at any time.

4. No Refunds for Partial Periods

We adhere to a strict "No Refund" policy for partial subscription periods.

5. Non-Refundable Setup Fees

Any one-time fees paid for "Onboarding," "Setup," "Implementation," or "Custom Development" are strictly non-refundable. These fees cover the manual labor, technical configuration, and proprietary resource allocation required to initialize your specific AI agent. Once these resources have been deployed, the cost cannot be recovered by Venith Emmerce LLC.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

In the event of a chargeback placed by you with your credit card company (without first contacting us to resolve the issue), we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and block your IP address. We will submit this policy and your usage logs to Stripe and your bank as evidence that the charge was authorized. Engaging in a chargeback dispute when services were rendered may result in a permanent ban from our services.

7. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

Venith Emmerce LLC reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Granting a refund in one instance does not create an obligation to grant refunds in future instances. Generally, refunds are only considered in the event of a persistent, critical technical failure of our platform that renders the service completely unusable for a period exceeding 72 hours, provided that such failure was not caused by third-party carriers or the Customer’s own systems.
